Workmatter is a small software company in Accra. We make tools for people, and for the agents working beside them. They should be good at the job, fair to pay for, and clear that your work is yours.

## Most software asks you to accept a bad deal

Prices creep up. Useful parts move to a bigger plan. Your work gets harder to take with you. We build the other side of that deal.

More of the work now gets done by an agent you trust with a task. So each of our products will have a documented API, plain exports and an MCP server, and your agent will be able to do through them what you can do on screen.

- **One account, both of you.** Your agent works with your permissions, so it can only touch what you can.
- **Plain text when it asks.** This site has an llms.txt and a Markdown copy of every page. Try it: add .md to any address.
- **You stay in charge.** What an agent does will show up in your history next to your own changes, with its name on it.

## Our first product: Sociales (coming soon)

Plan, review and publish your social posts from one place.

Sociales is for creators, brands and agencies who post across many platforms and are tired of paying per channel for it. Write once, adjust each platform’s version, send it for review, and let it go out on time.

Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord, Tumblr.

- **Write once, fit everywhere.** Start from one post. Sociales gives each platform its own card, with its own limits and checks, so nothing goes out cut off or rejected.
- **Reviews that don’t live in chat.** Send posts to a teammate or a client. They approve, ask for changes or comment right on the post.
- **Agencies and brands, together.** Brands invite their agency, agencies invite their clients. Each side sees what it should, and nobody shares passwords.
- **A calendar you can plan in.** Campaigns, briefs and a queue that fills your best times, all on one calendar.
- **Your agent can post too.** An API and an MCP server are on the way, so an agent you trust can draft and schedule with your permissions.
- **Your posts are yours.** Your posts, media and history will always be yours to export, on every plan.

## Why this exists

I’m Gyen. I started Workmatter in August 2026 because too much software asks people to accept a bad deal: high prices, lock-in, bloated features, weak quality, or all four at once.

You shouldn’t have to choose between a good product and a fair deal. I want to make software that earns its price, and that treats your work as yours.

Sociales is the first thing we’re making. More will follow, built the same way.
